The menu at Il Lughino offers a gastronomic selection in constant evolution, guided by the seasonality of ingredients, the availability of products, and the rhythm of our artisanal production. This means dishes that change daily, always freshly prepared and designed to highlight each ingredient at its best moment.

Lasagna, the house specialty, prepared in more than 50 variations throughout the year, is made with the finest organic flours and filled with creative combinations inspired by seasonal vegetables. Alongside it you will find fresh pasta, gnocchi, and ravioli with flavorful fillings made from vegetables, locally grown legumes, and our own artisanal tofu and seitan. The menu also features imaginative vegetable dishes, whole grains, and whole wheat sourdough bread made with natural starter and shaped by hand. From appetizers to desserts, everything is produced in our kitchens through the careful artisanal preparation of organic ingredients.

What arrives at the table is a living, dynamic menu, never the same, changing every day while maintaining a clear identity: dishes deeply rooted in Italian culinary tradition and in the belief that food can be, at the same time, pleasure, care, and responsibility.
